Hi. I have a MaxiScan MS509 and I tried to updated and didn't work. My computer seen the scanner, select the file for updating and didn't update. After I disconect it from my computer all the program was deleted. Now the screen turn on and that's it. no letters or numbers showing.
Anyone knows how to reinstal the software back on it ?

I have the update softwares but it won't work.
Any ideas ?
